Technical Services

With comprehensive experience and infrastructure we create, design, manage and build hotels, resorts and branded residences. We are flexible, collaborative and will work together with you to deliver something unique with real value. We get involved with all aspects of the projects and never stop innovating.

It’s all in the detail. From concepts to fabrics, everything matters.

We believe passionately in creating original ideas by being aware of the market, the local context and always asking ourselves – who is this for and what do they want?

Whether it is a new build or the re-positioning of an existing property we like to be involved from the start to develop the concepts and vision for each project.

We believe hotels should be individual, true to their location and most of all work for your guests.

Part of our philosophy is to be environmentally considerate and we implement new and innovative green technology in our hotels wherever possible.

As an example, our hotel pools are chlorine free. Instead of harsh chemicals, a mineral cleansing system is used to remove bacteria and algae. As a result, any water flushed from the pool is harmless to the environment.

Our experienced operations team guide the hotel team in the running of the hotel and promote our established best practices. Ensuring all our hotels are the very best in class.

Human Resources

Covering everything from senior team recruitment, guidance on legislation and implementing our proven standards manual ‘It’s all about Service’. We train our staff to provide the very best, authentic service. It’s what we do.

Sales, Marketing & Revenue Management

We work with each hotel to design and implement a winning sales, marketing & revenue management strategy. Including everything from guidance on the best revenue management systems to website build and brand development. We tailor everything to the destination and our guests, implementing regular reviews to ensure we remain ahead.

Our financial team provide a comprehensive service covering everything from pre-opening financial planning and projections, right through to annual budget management, benchmarking and oversight of capital expenditure projects.

Public Relations & Media

Using our established network of press and media contacts around the world we will work with you to ensure a robust public relations strategy is in place.

Our bars, restaurants & lounges are the heart of the hotel. We take the time to devise individual concepts that work for each outlet and the market. We do all this with a touch of wit and excitement to create, not just hotel facilities but, true destinations.

Wellness & Fitness

We can guide all aspects of creating a seamless Health Club & Spa experience, from design to facility and equipment recommendations.

We also have our own concept; PureGray Health Club & Spa. Our commitment to the environment is embodied by PureGray. Our Health Clubs & Spas feature chlorine free pools, natural products, alternative therapies and a space for yoga.

Information Technology

Our experienced IT team can make system recommendations or offer support with integration and set up.

Providing day to day IT support for our hotels, the team are also on hand for project management and ensuring the right technology is in place.
