Book treatments in advance
Please contact us by phone or by email so that we may accommodate your schedule.
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment, to check-in and change.
What if I have special health considerations?
You will be asked to complete a brief profile at the start of your first visit. Please advise us ahead of time of any special medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or use of any prescribed medication, as certain treatments may not be recommended. If you have any concerns, please let us know.
We recommend that alcohol not be consumed within 4 hours before, or immediately after spa treatments. After massages, drink plenty of warm water and infusions.
Cancelling my spa reservation
The treatments you select are reserved and scheduled especially for you. Please be considerate with us and do cancel your booking (if needed) at least 12 hours in advance so that other guests could also benefit from the spa treatments.
Late arrival for appointment
Arriving late will reduce the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will need to end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Guests are free to bring their own clothing and accessories (swimwear, slippers, bathrobes, and so on), however we do provide disposable underwear, towels, slippers,… readily available to make sure that our guests feel as comfortable and relaxed as they can.
